A permaculture convergence allows to present and discuss multiple topics. This European Permaculture Convergence is truly unique - the convergence schedule is co-created with the community.
- Until 15 October everyone with a EuPN-Account can submit session proposals and then vote on proposals.
- From the 15 October everyone can propose a session.
Once the call for sessions closes we will leave some time for everyone to vote what they want to see and listen to, or participate in at the Convergence. Once the voting has ended we will create the schedule.
If your session is selected you will get a free ticket and can take part in all other sessions. Session holders whose session has not been selected can buy a ticket for a very low price.
Session formats
There are several session formats:
- Lectures - 45 minutes + 15 minutes question and answers
- Project presentation - 30 minutes including any feedback
- Workshops - up to 90 minutes including any feedback
- Panel discussions - 90 minutes
- Networking sessions - Purely for people to get together and to get to know each other - up to 90 minutes
Permaculture ethics
All session are bound to the permaculture ethics - they need to be grounded in Earth Care, People Care, Fair Share. Use the principles to design your sessions.
Permaculture flower & ideas
Every session must be in one or more of the permaculture flower petals. You can use the petals to come up with ideas for the sessions in the given session format. If you require something else -> get in contact.
